Jewett Water Main Improvements

Traffic is reduced to one lane with traffic control and a one lane detour route. The area is monitored and clearly marked with signage.

The Work for this Contract involves the installation of approximately 5,460 linear feet (LF) of 12-inch diameter pipe; 2,950 LF of 8-inch diameter pipe; 2,570 LF of 1-, 2-, 4-, and 6-inch diameter pipe; valves, fire hydrants, and appurtenances; three pressure reducing valve stations and one master meter located in underground vaults; restoration of asphalt concrete
pavement and sidewalks; and other miscellaneous work.
