Mill Creek Crossing, The Dalles, Oregon

This 40-lot subdivision in The Dalles, Oregon was completed in two phases and included 20,000 cubic yards of cut to fill and over 15,000 lf of pipe. Constructed for Design Structures Homes, the steep terrain and terraced lots presented a challenge throughout the course of construction.
